Bay Leaves Ground

Bay is the leaf of an evergreen tree native to the Mediterranean region.  The spice is also known as "Sweet Bay", "Bay Laurel" or "Nobel Laurel" and "True Laurel".  Bay leaf is used in soups and stews and some spaghetti sauces.  Ground Bay Leaf will impart the flavor without having to hunt for the leaf when the dish is cooked.  A surprising fact is that Bay Leaves improve the flavor of salt-free dishes with their rich flavor.
