Calico Bean Soup Mix 26 oz.. Package

Ingredients: Seasoning Mix (ham soup, savory, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, parsley, thyme, salt, cloves and black pepper.  Beans: (Black turtle, large lima, garbanzo, red kidney, great northern, pinto, and black-eyed)

Directions:  Wash beans & place in large kettle, cover with water & soak overnight.  Drain, add fresh water to cover.  Add seasoning packet and ham hock (optional) Cover & bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 2 hours or until beans are tender.  May add onions & carrots.  Serves four to six people.
