Cheddar Cheese Powder

Powdered Cheddar Cheese is popular for making sauce bases (like macaroni & cheese) add to cream soups, sprinkle on popcorn, add to bread or biscuit mix, and probably hundreds of other ideas. 

Ingredients:  Cheddar cheese, whey, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, maltodextrin, reduced lactose whey, salt, bleu cheese, disodium phosphate, non-fat dry milk, citric acid, artificial color, FD & C Yellow #5, FD & C Yellow #6.
