Cheddease White Powder

Powdered Cheddease White Cheese is popular for making sauce bases, add to cream soups, sprinkle on popcorn, add to bread or biscuit mix, and probably hundreds of other ideas. 

Ingredients:  Reduced lactose whey, whey, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, cheese (cheddar and blue {milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes}), maltodextrin, salt, disodium phosphate, citric acid, lactic acid.
