Chervil

Chervil is used much like parsley but has a milder flavor and a sweet taste, similar to tarragon.  Use generously.  Add Chervil to salads just before serving or use in stews, fish, steamed vegetables, salad dressings, meat dishes, savory sauces, or egg dishes.  Chervil is a crucial ingredient in Fines Herbs.
