Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix 16 oz.. Package

Ingredients: semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, emulsifier {lecithin}, artificial flavor), enriched bleached flour (with malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), brown sugar, sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (contains soybean oil), whey, leavening (baking soda), salt.

Directions:  Add this mix with 1 egg and 5 tablespoons softened butter.  Blend 1-2 minutes until mixed.  Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.  Makes 18 (3 inch) cookies.
