Chunky Potato Soup - Instant
Ingredients: Potatoes, potato flakes (potato, mono and diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid added as preservative), whole milk, buttermilk, wheat flour, cornstarch, maltodextrin, chicken broth (dextrose, salt, monosodium glutamate, lactose, potato flour, pure vegetable oil (soybean), celery, turmeric, onion powder, lecithin, parsley, and spices), soup greens )dehydrated vegetables )carrots, celery flakes, onion, tomato flakes, red and green peppers, spinach, cornstarch), sodium bisulfite), salt, celery, pepper.
Directions: Add package of mix (4 oz.) to 2 1/2 cups water or milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Yield: approximately 2 1/2 cups. This is a quick and easy instant soup that whips up in a hurry. I usually make it with half milk and half water.
