Cowboy Cookie Mix 25 oz.. Package

Ingredients: Oatmeal, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pecans, chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butterfat, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, vanilla) all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Directions:  Empty mix into bowl, add 1 soft stick butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla.  Mix & shape into balls, place 2" apart on greased baking sheets.  Bake at 350 degrees, 11 to 13 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
