Cream of Potato Soup - Instant

Ingredients: potato flakes, instant non-fat dry milk, unbleached white flour, ham base, whey, butter powder, carrots, onion powder, yeast extract, egg solids, parsley, potato flavor, black pepper, salt, potato flour.

Directions:  Add package of mix (4 oz.) to 2 1/2 cups water or milk.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes.  Yield:  approximately 2 1/2 cups.  This is a quick and easy instant soup that whips up in a hurry.  I usually make this soup with half water and half milk.
