Almond Extract

Almond Extract adds a delightful touch to icings, delicious in cakes and cookies too.  Fruit cocktail, cherry pie, and most recipes with nuts all taste brighter with a little almond extract.    Also traditional for middle eastern meat stews, Indian sweet rice pudding and mild curry.

Pure Almond Extract ingredients:  water, alcohol, bitter almond oil.
