Lemon Extract Ingredients: Alcohol, water and lemon oil.

Lemon Extract perks up lemon meringue pies, frostings and cheesecake.  Even salad dressings and fish dishes have extra sparkle with a dash of lemon extract.  Also nice in sherbet, added to fresh fruit, for glazes and great for candy making.
