Fajita Seasoning
Directions: This blend makes a wonderful marinade with full flavor but not a lot of heat. Mix 2 Tbsp. with 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/3 cup vinegar or lime juice. Add thin strips of beef, chicken or pork and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Ingredients: Onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, coriander, parsley, chili and cilantro powder.
