Garam Masala

Garam masala is an all-purpose blend called for in many Indian dishes.  Very good on fish, and traditional on cauliflower.  Also used on lamb, pork, poultry and potatoes.

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, chilies, clove, bay leaf, cassia & ginger.
