Holy Creole-y Rub

Take a trip to the Bayou with this rub.  Traditional Cajun flavors go perfect with any grilled fare.  Try it on steaks, chops, fish and shellfish, or even vegetables. If using on meats, wrap meat and chill for up to four hours.  For best results, allow to come to room temperature before grilling.
