New England Clam Chowder Soup - Instant

Ingredients: Whole milk, potatoes (with sodium acid pyrophosphate), potato flakes (potato, mono and diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid), wheat flour, onion, corn starch, yellow clams (clams, sugar, sesame oil, salt), natural butter flavor (maltodextrin, salt, natural flavor, buttermilk, corn starch, soybean oil, extractives of paprika & turmeric), sea salt, fish stock, chicken stock, celery, sugar, anchovy powder (salt cured anchovy, salt, rice flour), black pepper, parsley, natural lemon flavor, roast garlic, thyme.

Contains: Wheat, Milk and Soy Ingredients, Packaged in a facility that also processes products containing: peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans shellfish and wheat ingredients.

Directions:   This is a quick and easy instant soup that whips up in a hurry.  I usually make it with half milk and half water.

3/4 Cup New England Clam Soup Mix                  2-1/2 Cups Water or Milk

1. Blend water/milk together well with a wire whisk while bringing to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.  Stir often to prevent scorching.
3. Turn off heat, Cover and let steam for 5 minutes before serving.
