Pickling Spices
Directions: A popular blend for making homemade pickles. Also a nice rub for pork roast or when making corned beef. Use 2-3 tsp per quart for bread & butter pickles, pickled eggs or onions. For dill pickles, also add fresh dill sprigs and garlic cloves.
Ingredients: whole mustard seed, allspice, coriander, cassia, ginger, black pepper, whole cloves, bay leaves and spices.
