Pokey the Pig Rub

B-Lazy BBQ & Rubs are hand crafted, tried and true, exceptional blend of spices to bring out the best flavors for your cooking pleasure.

Ingredients: Paprika, kosher salt, sugar, mustard seed, cumin, Chile powder, black pepper, cayenne

Perfect for any cut of pork, but especially tasty on a low and slow pork shoulder roast.  Right before grilling, sprinkle on both sides of meat and give a gentle rub, or for a bigger flavor, rub on and wrap in plastic wrap for up to 8 hours.  For best results, allow to come to room temperature before grilling.
