Carrot Cake

Directions: Mix bag with 1/2 cup water & 3 Tbsp oil, in bowl for 2 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in greased 8" pan.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour bl. (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), sugar, part hydrogenated soybean &/or cottonseed &/or canola oil, dextrose, unmodified food starch, leavening (baking soda, sodium, acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate) dry egg yolk, salt, dehydrated carrots, dry egg whites, natural and artificial flavors, dry molasses, wheat starch, caramel color, calcium stearate, soy lecithin, soya flour, cornstarch, beta carotine color.
