Gingerbread Cake

Directions: Mix bag with 1 cup water  in a bowl for 2 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased 8 x 8" pan.

Ingredients: Enriched bleached flour  (flour, niacin,  iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), sugar, 1 or more of: partially hydrogented soybean or cottonseed oil, propylene glycol monoesters, monodiglycerides, lecithin, molasses, baking soda, monocalcium, phosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, aluminum sulfate, whey, spice, salt, food starch-modified, soy flour, wheat starch, whey protein, concentrate, soy protein isolate, egg yolk, cornstarch, sodium caseinate, egg white.
